After a few days of training it was quiet this morning up Mount Teide. With a height of about 3700m is the highest mountain in Spain. At first we were trotting pace along the way, this was the latest after 45 minutes and was no longer an ordeal. After an hour we were about 6.5 km went up the path and overcame it about 1000 meters. From there the progression was the adventure tour. With tennis shoes (lightweight trainer), we slipped up badly more than quite icy and snow-covered paths. At some point, was a reversal no longer an option, because otherwise we would have fallen down the slope next to never Goodbye. After 2:30 hours, we came suddenly out from somewhere above the top station. Meanwhile, the amount we already made to create very beautiful, was unanimously adopted for the byway, the cable car to use;)
now we are back at the hotel, lunch, and accordingly missed almost ravenous. In the evening we once again swim in the 50m outdoor pool in the T3 Center. Only in the evening, as is done at this time of the Russian national team with the training, before I dare not to the pool if I'm honest;) The boys and girls loose their speed swimming with a transit time of 33sek to 50m. You can imagine how we look next to it * lol * ... so about like driftwood blocking the tracks.

tonight then we came and the last swimmer finished the workout with a few quick 50s (after a total of 7km swim training in the afternoon). The slowest took just 27 seconds for a train. This toad even saw almost as lame as I do ... although, come to me as just an idea for your next competition ... haha \u200b\u200b
sunny greetings
