same goes to the wheel and for the first time this year, we inaugurate our 4-hour tour! Unfortunately, since yesterday I have a sneak at the rear wheel, but somehow I'm too lazy to change it now ... have to do once the hourly air pump:)

protein supply
Incidentally, anyone want to have good protein at a reasonable price, write me a mail. I currently have a few cans of protein isolate (750g) vanilla and chocolate in there. Even made in Germany, So no comparison to the doses at the discount;)
speaking after hard / long or stressful mainly muscular units (swimming, weight training) to bring about a shorter recovery time and thus allow more training of course
