Yesterday I had a day off. The weather was great and the sun came out, only the temperatures of -9 degrees led micht not exactly rush to the road bike in the hands of the apartment.
At 10:30, however, then the turn after 14 youtube video of Jan Ulrich and the complete set of "Rocky-Training-trailers' went out to the infirmary on the asphalt.
The first hour I could not keep my pace goals. At half-way to stay alive, I pedaled even the mopeds on the cycle of it, which looked at myself quite flabbergasted;) So the owners of the scooters I mean, not the machines themselves! After slowly across the sun came out I did my slow matters and continue normally. It then ran so well that I have completed an extra lap and arrived after about 4:20 hours back home. Too soon, however, for the happy-hour at the bakery opposite (from 17 clock does the candy only half), so I went straight to still small for a running coupling.
After an hour I could finally go back home and rushed immediately to Item 17 clock in the store that me yes no snatches the last quark bags! Then, still under the hot shower and a happy day came to an end:))
